After having "Darshan" of "Yamunaji" and bathing in the warm water of Jamunabai Kund, they trekked back to Jankichatti. Later, heading in the direction of Barkot, Spend the night at a hotel in Barkot.

Yamunotri Temple was built in the 19th century by Maharani Gularia of Jaipur. It was reconstructed after being demolished twice in the current century. Rice can be cooked at Yamunotri by wrapping it in a cloth and dipping it in the Tapt Kund's hot water. This cooked rice is brought home as "Prasad" by pilgrims. Divya Shila can be offered "Pooja" here, close to the shrine.
Surya Kund: The temple is close to a number of thermal springs that run into several pools. Surya Kund is the most important of these.
Yamunotri Weather: Summertime temperatures range from 10 to 18 degrees Celsius. The nights are chilly, but the days are delightfully cool.

Day 3: 100 km/4 hours from Barkot to Uttarkashi
Proceed to Uttarkashi in the morning after breakfast. Arrive at the hotel in Uttarkashi and check in. Go to Uttarkashi's Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Spend the night at a hotel in Uttarkashi.
There are several temples and ashrams in Uttarkashi. The town's location (to the north of) and resemblance to the city of Kashi (Varanasi) are reflected in its name. The town of Uttarkashi is located on the banks of the Ganga River, just like Varanasi.

One of the earliest Shiva temples in Northern India is Vishwanath Temple. Maharani Khaneti Devi of Tehri State rebuilt it in the ancient architectural style in 1857. It is located in the center of the town. At the temple complex, a huge iron trident that represents the holy mother has been built and worshipped from ancient times. The temple complex also has the modest shrines of Ganeshji, Sakshi Gopal, and Markandeya Rishi. Special aartis are served in the morning and evening, including Akhand Jyoti and Akhand Abhishek. Uttarkashi is referred to as "Saumya Varanasi" in the Skunda Puran.

Day 4: Gangotri to Uttarkashi (100 km/3-4 each side)
Travel to Gangotri early in the morning (with a packed breakfast), stop for a sacred plunge in Garam Kund along the way, and then continue driving through the stunning Harsil Valley. Harsil is well-known for its breathtaking vistas of the mountains and Deodar trees. Take a holy bath in the Ganges, also known as Bhagirathi at its source, after arriving to Shree Gangotri. After performing Pooja and Darshan, take a short break in the beautiful surroundings. Return to Uttarkashi later. Spend the night at a hotel in Uttarkashi.

Gangotri Temple: Located on the right bank of Bhagirathi, the temple was constructed in the eighteenth century by Gorkha General Amar Singh Thapa.
Gangotri Weather: Summertime highs of up to 20°C are possible. With a minimum temperature of 10° Celsius, summer nights might become colder. It is necessary to wear light wool clothing when visiting Gangotri in the summer. In Gangotri, the winter months are extremely cold. In the winter, Gangotri will be blanketed in snow. Due to heavy snowfall, pilgrimage centers are closed throughout winter.

Day 5: 220 km/8–9 hours from Uttarkashi to Guptkashi
After breakfast in the morning, travel via Moolgarh and Lambgoan to Guptkashi. The stunning Mandakini River near Tilwara may be seen throughout the route. Visit the Ardh Narishwar Temple at Guptakashi after driving alongside the Mandakini River, which originates in Kedarnath. Arrive in Guptakashi and check into the hotel. Spend the night at a hotel in Guptkashi.

"Hidden Benares" is the meaning of the name Guptakashi. According to mythology, Shivji originally hid himself at Guptkashi when the Pandava brothers were looking for a glimpse of Shiva. Later, he escaped from them farther up the valley to Kedarnath, where the Pandavas' request was eventually granted. There are also more concrete connections: the Kedarnath pandas (priests) reside in Guptkashi during the winter, and the image of Kedarnath travels via Gupt Kashi on its route to Ukhimath (across the valley) after the Kedarnath temple shutters for the winter.
Guptkashi Climate Summertime is pleasant, with temperatures between 25 and 30 degrees Celsius. In winter, it's cold.

Day 6: 30 km by car and 19 km by foot from Guptkashi to Kedarnath
leave for Kedarnath Dham early in the morning after breakfast. Have fun at Kedarnath Darshan. Spend the night at the Government Guest House in Kedarnath. By Helicopter: Your pre-booked Helipad will be dropped off by our driver in the morning. In order for the driver to be there to pick you up, you can let him know when you plan to arrive, whether by helicopter or on foot. Note: This bundle does not include a helicopter ticket.

By walk: After our driver drops you off in Sonprayag in the morning, you must take a local jeep to Gaurikund before beginning your walk to Kedarnath Ji. You do the same after Darshan and head back to Sonpraag. There is a significant parking problem, so if the driver's contact number isn't working, you'll have to wait for your driver or get another taxi.

Kedarnath: One of Lord Shiva's twelve jyotirlingas, the Kedarnath shrine is a picturesque location set against the magnificent Kedarnath range. Lord Shiva is also known as Kedar. Legend has it that after defeating the Kaurava in the Kurukshetra battle, the Pandavas felt bad about killing their own brothers and demanded a payment from Lord Shiva. He continuously avoided them and sought safety at Kedarnath by transforming into a bull. He left his hump on the surface and dove under the ground as he was pursued.

Day 7: Kedarnath to Guptkashi
Return to Guptkashi by track or helicopter in the morning after Darshan. Spend the night in a Guptkashi hotel.

Day 8: 160 km/7 hours from Guptkashi to Badrinath
Proceed to Badrinath in the morning after breakfast. Arrive in Badrinath and check into the hotel. After bathing in the Taptkund, pilgrims attend the evening Darshan of Badrivishal and Aarti. For Pinddan Shraddh of forefathers (Pitrus), Brahamakapal is significant. Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund, and the "Mukh" of the Saraswati River are among the other fascinating tourist destinations. Only three kilometers from Badrinathjee. Spend the night at a hotel in Badrinath.

Mana settlement: The final Indian settlement before Tibet, it is home to an Indo-Mongolian tribe.
Vasundhara: As the name implies, Vasundhara is a stunning waterfall. This location is five kilometers from Badrinath, of which two kilometers are motorable to Mana.
Bhim Pul: Across the rushing Saraswati River, a massive boulder forms a natural bridge on the opposite side of Mana village. It is thought to have been erected there by Bhim, the second oldest of the five Pandava brothers, and offers a breathtaking view of water pouring down through the little channel beneath the rock.
Vyas Gufa is a rock cave close to Mana Village where Ved Vyas is said to have arrived with the Mahabharata and the commentary on the Pauran.

Badrinath Weather: The average low temperature is 8°C, with a maximum temperature of about 18°C. For a year-round stay in Badrinath, warm, woolen clothing is therefore necessary. Snowfall frequently occurs in Badrinath during the winter. With an average temperature of 5° Celsius, winter is quite cold. This time is typically off-limits to travelers due to the extremely cold weather.
Day 9: Joshimath, Badrinath, and Srinagar (180 km/7 hours)
After breakfast in the morning, heading to Srinagar Spend the night at a hotel in Srinagar.
The weather in Srinagar Summertime temperatures are often hot, ranging from 35 to 40 degrees Celsius; wintertime temperatures range from 20 to 5 degrees, with nice temperate days and chilly nights.

Day 10: 165 km/5-6 hours from Srinagar to Haridwar
After breakfast in the morning, travel via Rishikesh to Haridwar. The renowned spiritual town of Rishikesh, often known as the "place of sages," is located on the Ganga River and is encircled on three sides by the Shivalik range of the Himalayas. This region is called as Rishikesh because it is stated that when Raibhya Rishi performed severe penances, God appeared as "Hrishikesh." Check into the hotel. Visit the temples and sights of Rishikesh later on, including Laxman Jhulla, Ram Jhulla, Geeta Bhawan, and Parmarth Niketan. Spend the night at a hotel in Haridwar.

Hindus consider Rishikesh, which bears the name of Lord Vishnu, to be a spiritual city. Known as the world's yoga center, it is situated in northern India in the foothills of the Himalaya and is home to numerous internationally recognized ashrams. With numerous ashrams and a wide variety of yoga and meditation courses, Rishikesh bills itself as the "Yoga Capital of the World." Inside the city, lush hills encircle the swift-moving Ganges. In addition to temples and ashrams, Rishikesh is today a well-liked location for white-water rafting, a hangout for backpackers, and a starting point for Himalayan treks.
